We experience the Joy of Bookkeeping – literally. We know that many companies are consumed with their tasks and seldom have the time or desire to deal with their own paperwork. In response to the hectic pace of entrepreneur-ism, we designed our services to bring ease and convenience to you. Our intention is to give you the freedom to focus your energy more effectively on your business.
Starting with an initial consultation, we will get to know you and your business. We then customize our bookkeeping services to meet your needs.
Wherever you may be at with your paperwork, we will figure out a solution to your situation. Whether it be sorting out crumpled up receipts, doing your payroll remittance at month’s end, dealing with accounts payable, setting up an effective filing system or helping you understand QuickBooks, we are willing to help fulfil your bookkeeping needs.
*An accountant specializes in the preparation and filing of taxes among other things, while a bookkeeper handles the day-in-day-out financial record keeping and reporting. Speaking with your accountant is an integral part of our service. We will work with them to prepare everything they need, thus saving you money on their fees come tax time.

We are committed to providing accurate, timely, and confidential services.
We require a retainer for all historical bookkeeping. We have found it to be beneficial for all parties, to charge a flat monthly fee. This rate is determined once we have worked together for a few months, until then you will be billed at our hourly rate.
